However, all indications are that congress has the continuation of the Mortgage Debt Relief Act on the table and it appears they will pass the extension before the end of this year. Excellent reporting from Diana Olick: Sales of bank-owned (REO) homes accounted for 10 percent of all residential property sales in November, according to RealtyTrac.
